A Lost Art

I’m not one of those guys that usually makes comments like, ‘the problem with this generation is (blank)’.  However, I do feel that we can do one simple thing that will make a difference to other people.  In our society, we don’t do a good job of showing gratitude.

Most of this can be remedied by just simply saying ‘thank you’.  It isn’t hard and doesn’t take any effort or time but allows people to be appreciated.  Whenever someone does something for me or for Freedom, I always try to make it a point to let them know that I am grateful.

Often, I will even send them a card and possibly a gift to know just how grateful I really am.  The moral of this story…. say ‘thank you’.  It’s just that simple!
