This Sunday is generally regarded as the biggest Sunday on the calendar for churches. Most churches will pull out all the stops (whatever that means). They will spend tons of money to do things that they wouldn’t normally do.
That’s not our approach at Freedom. While we recognize that Easter Sunday is a special day, we don’t go overboard trying to add a million different elements that we wouldn’t normally see on the other 51 Sundays. We feel like every single Sunday should be huge. We go all out every Sunday of the year. We don’t even know what it means to go half speed.
Why in the world would you want to keep something in your back pocket when there are people out there that are far from God?

Jtoddl,
To pull out all the stops is a reference to your favorite worship instrument, the organ. The organ makes different sounds based on what “stops” you pull. To pull out all the stops on an organ means to go full blast with absolutely everything the organ has at once. Hence, the reference.
