Failure

At Freedom Church, we encourage our staff to fail.  Why in the world would you encourage people to fail?

I’m glad you asked.  People who never fail aren’t trying anything significant.  We desire to live life on the edge, continuously trying new things.  We realize that some of those things are going to fail.  We’ll just be sure to pull the plug and not do those things again.

New mistakes are acceptable.  Reoccuring ones,  not so much.  We not only desire to fail but we desire to learn from our failures and move forward.
